This one has longer levers that 16 inches and 12 inches.

If you have a allison 5 or 6-speed that came with +/- switch on the gear lever on the column, this will replace it with a floor shifter. Tow switch is retained with new on/off switch on the PRNDM stick if you want it.

Shifter comes standard with black knobs.
